End User License Agreement (EULA)

Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Sleep Alora application. This is a legal agreement between you and Full Spectrum Services LLP, a company registered in India. The terms "Full Spectrum Services LLP", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Full Spectrum Services LLP. By installing or using the Sleep Alora application, you:
a) Agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA;
b) Represent and warrant that you own or control the mobile device on which the Sleep Alora App is installed;
c) Represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this EULA and abide by its terms and conditions, as if you had signed it.
These terms also apply to any updates, supplements, or services that are not provided under a separate agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the Sleep Alora app.
We reserve the right to amend this EULA from time to time. Any material changes will be notified via reasonable means, including an in-app message. Your continued use of the app after such notification will constitute your acceptance of the amended EULA. If you do not agree with the changes, discontinue using the Sleep Alora app immediately.

Age Requirement:

You must be at least 13 years old to install or use the Sleep Alora App. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review this EULA with you and provide supervision.
NOTICE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS: By allowing your child to use the Sleep Alora app, you agree to this EULA on their behalf. You are responsible for monitoring their use. If you believe your child under 13 is using the app without permission, contact us at contact@sleepalora.com.

Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Full Spectrum Services LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and install the Sleep Alora App on a single authorized mobile device that you own or control. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Third-Party Services

The Sleep Alora app may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, content, and websites. The use of such services is subject to the respective third-party's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content, services, or availability of third-party websites and do not endorse or have any control over them.

Consent to Data Use

By using the Sleep Alora app, you agree that we may collect and use certain technical data about your device, system, and app usage to provide updates, support, and services. All data collection will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.

Termination

Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions. Full Spectrum Services LLP reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate your access to the Sleep Alora app at any time and for any reason, including non-compliance with this EULA.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Sleep Alora app and delete all copies from your device. Termination will not limit any of our other legal rights or remedies.

Amendments and Additional Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Sleep Alora app and to amend this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the amendments. If you disagree, discontinue use of the app.

Governing Law

This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved in Indian courts, and both parties waive any objections to such venue and jurisdiction.
